The first training schedule for 2025 is now ready! Beginners' courses will start in two parts: on week 2 (begins on 6th of January), the groups of Mixed Martial Arts, submission grappling, K1 kickboxing and boxing will start their courses. On week 3 (begins on 13th of January), the groups of thaiboxing (Muay Thai), fitness kickboxing, fitness boxing and fitness thaiboxing will begin.
There will be no training sessions on Epiphany (6th of January). However, all beginners' courses include six weeks of training. The training sessions that are canceled on Epiphany will be added to the end of the course. All beginners' courses include two training sessions per week.
